Decisions of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on Abolishment and Modification of Part of the Rules and Regulations (No.9 Decree of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China), the Notice of Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-rural Development on Implementation of Decisions concerning Cancellation of Related Professional Qualification (JJF (2016) No.79) and other provisions, we decide to annul the Notice on Amending the Measures for Administration of Beijing Municipal House Demolition Units (JGTFGC (2003) No.308). Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Measures for Administration of Beijing Municipal House Demolition Units (JGTFGC (2003) No.308) originally issued by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources and Housing Management Department.

II. During the process of house demolition in collectively-owned land, the districts shall enhance the early reminding, in-process and after-event supervision to the house demolition units based on their own circumstances.

III. In case of any discrepancy between the relevant documents issued by Beijing Municipal and this Notice, the latter shall prevail. This Notice shall be implemented from the day of issuance.

It is hereby notified.
